FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Timeless Health Rx?
Timeless Health Rx is a telehealth website that connects you with licensed healthcare providers for online consultations. Care is provided by Beluga Health, PA, a licensed telehealth practice; FUSE Health operates the secure technology platform.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. Prescription treatment is provided only when determined medically appropriate by a licensed healthcare provider. Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription.
How does the online intake work?
After you choose a program, you'll be taken to the secure platform of our technology partner, FUSE Health, to complete your medical questionnaire. Your completed intake is received by Beluga Health, PA, the licensed telehealth practice whose providers review your information asynchronously and make all prescribing decisions.
Is my information private?
Your medical intake is completed in a secure clinical platform. See our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice for details.
Which states do you serve?
We serve patients in 46 states. We are not currently accepting patients in Texas, Mississippi, New Jersey, or Alaska. After your intake, a provider licensed in your state reviews your information and determines whether treatment is appropriate.
How much does it cost?
Your program's total cost covers the pharmacy fee, the provider (doctor) fee, and platform/processing fees. The exact pricing is shown during your secure online intake, before you commit to anything. You are not charged for prescription medication until a licensed healthcare provider has reviewed your medical information and approved your prescription. Charges appear on your card statement as "Timeless Health Rx".
Can I cancel?
You are not charged for prescription medication until a licensed healthcare provider has reviewed your medical information and approved your prescription. Where a program bills on a recurring cycle, that is shown clearly during your intake before you commit. Cancellation and refund requests are handled case by case through FUSE Support in line with compliance guidelines — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Who qualifies for treatment?
Adults whose eligibility is determined by a licensed provider based on the medical history you share in your intake. Not everyone qualifies, and completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription.
How long does the process take?
The online intake takes just a few minutes. A licensed provider with Beluga Health, PA then reviews your information asynchronously, and you will be notified when a decision is made. You'll receive automated email updates at every step — from order placement and prescription approval to shipping and tracking.
Do I need insurance?
No insurance is required. Treatments are generally HSA/FSA eligible, subject to your individual plan's rules. If any consultation fee, subscription charge, or other fee applies to your program, it is clearly shown during your secure online intake before you commit to anything.
Are there any other fees?
A shipping fee applies once per program cycle — monthly for a 1-month supply, or once every three months for a 3-month prepay supply. All applicable fees are shown clearly during your secure online intake, before you pay anything. You are not charged for prescription medication until a licensed healthcare provider has reviewed your medical information and approved your prescription.
Where does my medication come from?
If prescribed, medication is dispensed by Pharmacy Hub, our licensed pharmacy partner, and shipped directly to your door. Standard shipping typically takes one to three days.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No. To ensure secure delivery and proper handling, prescription medication requires a valid physical street address — P.O. boxes cannot be accepted.
Is the medication FDA-approved?
Some programs use compounded medications, such as compounded semaglutide. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality — they are prepared by a licensed pharmacy when a licensed provider determines they are medically appropriate for you. The specific medication your program uses and its status are shown during your secure online intake before you commit to anything.
