Where we ship
Medication ships to valid physical street addresses in the 46 U.S. states we serve. We are not currently shipping to Texas, Mississippi, New Jersey, or Alaska. P.O. boxes cannot be accepted — a valid street address is required to ensure secure delivery and proper handling.
Timing & cost
After clinical approval, your medication is dispensed by Pharmacy Hub, our licensed pharmacy partner, and shipped directly to you. Standard shipping typically takes one to three days. A shipping fee applies once per program cycle — monthly for a 1-month supply, or once every three months for a 3-month prepay supply. Any fees are shown during your secure online intake, before you pay anything.
Updates
You'll receive automated email updates at every step — from order placement and prescription approval to shipping and tracking.
Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or does not arrive, contact us at care@timelesshealth4u.com as soon as possible. Shipment issues are reported to FUSE Support and resolved case by case in line with compliance guidelines.
