Nature of the service

This website provides information about telehealth programs and connects you with a secure clinical intake platform. We are not a medical practice or a pharmacy, and this website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your medical intake is received by Beluga Health, PA, a licensed telehealth practice whose providers make all prescribing decisions. FUSE Health operates the technology platform through which your intake is completed.

Any prescription treatment is provided only when determined medically appropriate by a licensed healthcare provider.

Eligibility

This site is intended for adults 18 and older located in one of the 46 U.S. states we serve. We are not currently accepting patients in Texas, Mississippi, New Jersey, or Alaska. Not everyone qualifies for treatment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access systems without authorization, or provide false information.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
